Beverly Hills Development started in 1998 to cater for the increasing demand of quality residential and commercial properties in Shorouk, a suburban city located 20 mins away from Cairo Airport. The first project was Beverly Hills, a luxury residential compound made up exclusively of villas. The company then began to move towards developing more commercial projects, starting in Shorouk City and then expanding to Africa.
